The Institute of Public Communication (IPC) is a non-partisan, non- governmental, and non-profit training centre for executive and advanced education and learning in the area of public communication.
IPC seeks to foster a culture of democratic communication between the government and the governed in Nigeria at all levels
- To provide state-of-the-art executive and advanced training programmes for public sector officials in government communication and information management at all levels, as well for media and communication officials in the private and non-profits sectors
